The Learnery is a UK tutoring practice. You can contact us about anything in this notice at thelearnery11@gmail.com.
When you use the intro call form, we collect your name, email address, your child's school year, your target schools if you share them, and anything you write in the message box. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare for the call. When you download a mock paper, we collect your email address so we can send you Paper 2 when it's released and let you know when new tutoring places open.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.
Form submissions are stored securely by Netlify, which hosts this website, and in our email account. Access is limited to The Learnery team.
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you. If you join the mock paper list, we keep your email until you ask us to stop, and every email we send tells you how to do that.
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email thelearnery11@gmail.com and we'll do it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
This website and its forms are intended for parents and carers. We ask that children do not submit their own details through the site.
